It is a great place to begin your career, as the compensation is in line with industry standards and in the human capital business, Mercer is king.

Cons

The new decision to make Analysts into hourly workers (discrepancy between Exempt and Non-Exempt) has created some derision from the more Senior members of the team.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take notice of the young, worthwhile talent being recruited each year and work hard to reward them and keep them on staff.

    Inconsistent global policies -- especially pertaining to rewards and mobility
    Lack of robust training and development
    Below market salaries, especially for mid-level professionals (3-5 years)

    Need to work on employee engagement, transparency especially for initiating for internal policy changes and corporate initiatives.

    Need to build a performance driven culture that rewards for performance, not just number of tenure and seniority.
