I have been working at Merck full-time for less than a year

ProsThe sky is the limit for career opportunities, compensation and benefits are very nice, coaches are awesome to work with, it's a 24 hour operation so you can flex your schedule to fit your life.

ConsPeer based training can be difficult, a few employees seem to get away with slacking off / making too many mistakes.

Advice to Senior ManagementNone, I love this place!

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

I have been working at Merck full-time for more than 3 years

Pros: -Science culture is very strong (I work in R&D) -Very smart people and generally good management (at least in my dept) that allows you the freedom… Cons: -It's a HUGE company and that slows it down (red-tape, management decision making is slow) -Although good science is done, there is a serious fear of… Advice to Senior Management: Be more transparent and flexible. Adapt or die. Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More
