Good pay, Excellent Benefits package, overall I feel its one of the last truly "good" pharma's left.

Cons

No PhD, won't get past level 7 under normal circumstances. The glass ceiling is very real and very suffocating.

Advice to Senior Management

All the Actual "work" meaning the activity that makes your products (small molecule drugs) is done by what you consider junior level scientists, you need to recognize that upper managements daily task of writing journal articles and going to meetings does not generate any revenue, and is not a value added activity.
