Current Employee – been working at Merck full-time for more than a year

Pros – great pay with great benefits.

Cons – It seems like our "plan of action" is always changing, so you have to be easily adaptable to changing job functions, schedules and work structure.

Advice to Senior Management – Keep the employees in the loop so we don't feel like we are constantly being jerked around without knowing the reason.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
