Merck – “good management is really important”

Merck Research Analyst- Contractor in Rahway, NJ:   (Current Employee)

Pros

Its very famous and big pharmaceutical company. I am working at MRL. A lot to learn from all research programs.

Cons

As i am a contractor, i do not have access to all details about research programs. As the group is growing, managers are still learning to manage the growth.

Advice to Senior Management

Better communication will help the company to grow
