Good company, crazy with change for change sake

ProsBenefits were good
People were among the finest.
Location in PA had more affordable housing
Reasonable commute

ConsDue to restructuring there was a lot of fear and confusion. Some people added to the difficulty of a difficult time.

Advice to Senior ManagementDon't hire the consultants , rather hire some you laid off to share their expertise.
