    Pros

Benefits, work life balance, flexible working hours.

Lack of sense of urgency, commitment and accountability. The company doesn't know how to deal with low performers. Its under inertia mode.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The company needs a cultural change to become more aggressive. It is important to hire high performers from the market place and deal with poor performers asap.
