Cons

Too many reps, most drugs will soon expire, constant job cuts, there is no matrix in who is kept or leaves.

Advice to Senior Management

Fix the problem now or this company will fail. Put the pride and the ego to the side, nepotism, favoritism and get back to the basics of what makes a company great.
