regulated industry stifles marketing and strategy creativity

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take notice to the fact that your best people are leaving the company and incentivize them to stay. People often have worked there for 30 years because it was just too good to leave. This is no longer the case and the company will suffer with the recent departure of its best people
