Pros

Pay is fair for the job. Consolidation is changing that though. Area located is enjoyable, close to main accessways. Good starting block for a career.

Cons

Enviornment is on the decline. Consolidation and leaning of $$ and people making workplace consistantly stressful. Production efficiency is starting to decline as a result, as well as ability to retain work experience.

Advice to Management

Learn to interact with the reality of the business.

    Pros

The pay is decent and we do have insurance. The feeling that you are helping provide medicine to those that need it is priceless.

    Cons

The employee staff has been cut severely lean to the point of being understaffed. Understaffed + overworked= STRESSFUL

    Pros

    they do encourage work/life balance

    Cons

management stresses they want new, innovative approaches and ideas but does embrace anything new or innovate...fear rules

its disheartening to know layoffs are pending (10k in late 2013) and see the executives taking their helicopters back and forth and to their homes

    Advice to Management

ask for what you want, instead of making people jump through hoops unncessarily
