OK as long as you have no ambitionfor promotion

Technical Manager (Former Employee)
London, England (UK)

ProsFun place to work, good salary and good car scheme

ConsNo hope of promotion, managers brought in from outside. Employees treated like mushrooms - kept in the dark and fed sh*t.

Advice to Senior ManagementBe much more transparent, listen to the employees more about where they want to progress to in their careers.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
