One of the most stressful and unprofessional places Ive ever worked for in my entire life.

Senior Claims Examiner (Former Employee)
Bridgewater, NJ

ProsGreat Medical benefits.
Friendly co-workers
Location
Decent pay

ConsPoor morale
Negative work environment
Unprofessional management and Human Resources
Favoritism highly visible with many groups/clicks.
Large pending
The dinosaur Office claims procedures are far behind

Advice to Senior ManagementIt is evident with the constant changing of management that this company will never have it together. Perhaps less involvement from their head office in CA, who still doesnt have a clue that NJ and CA are two totally different states.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
