able to use skills daily .

not a sense of privacy ....all departments stopped to listen to what was not said to them instead of going their own way !! losing excellent employees

    Pros

    Most staff is very friendly and easy to get along/work with
    Decent pay, raises, benefits, PTO
    Work life balance is great
    Patient safety and satisfaction seems to be the number 1 priority for most staff
    On-site workout equipment & showers available for employees to use over lunch hour

    Cons

    A lot of political games in management, not always transparency
    Small town company - most people know most people
    Resistance to change -- still working on Windows 98 OS, Microsoft Office 2003, takes forever to get upgrades approved and pushed through managment, some employees/staff are resistant to changing their practices
    Not necessarily a 'green' company -- or making many efforts to be green
    Not many opportunities for advancement within the company
