    Pros

Employees are treated with respect. Tons of benefits. Truly live up to their mission statement. Fun environment, like family. You really feel as you are making a difference in the lives of patients, employees and the community.

    Cons

Physicians can occasionally be difficult to deal with as an employee, but patient care is exceptional. Seeing people in the elevator as a co-worker when they have treated you as a patient can be a little embarrassing sometimes.

  2. Helpful (1)

Sad to see where this they are headed

    Pros

You can work with some of the best nurses ever

    Cons

Really don't do anything for nurses at the bedside.
Cut incentives and raises but build mulit million dollar new facilities.
upper management is not trained appropriately.
no reason to stay here other than my friends

    Advice to Management

listen to the people in the trenches everyday and stop running this place like a corporation marketing positive messages to patients but treating your staff horrible.
