Pros

Unique environment that is focused on the needs of our patients first and how to best serve them and the communities that we are a part of.

Cons

Sisters of Mercy is a segmented organization that is managed at at regional level. There can be major differences between the regions which leads to a lack of continuity of management and direction.

Advice to Management

The organizational structure seems to be too complex and that having the regions act as separate units seems to hurt the organizations overall mission statement.

    Pros

Great coworkers. They really care snout their patients.

    Cons

    Benefits aren't that great.

    Advice to Management

Administration needs to work nursing positions every 6 months to see how the policies affect nursing as well as the patients. Happy staff makes for happy patients.
