Pros – Actively bringing in strong talent with open and progessive ideas to continualy challenge the status quo.

Cons – Still has a large contingetn of long term employees with "old school" attitudes who are not open to new ideas; at times, very resistant to change.

Advice to Senior Management – continue to embrace what changes are taking place around you. Continue working towards the emphasis of work-life balance.
