- Disapproves of CEO
“Mi new boss was terrible he alwais was scare.”
Current Employee – been working at Meritor full-time for less than a year
Pros – The company was OK, but some directors were terrible.
Cons – No supervision from the CEO, but my new boss was the worst that I have ever had, he never took a decision, everything was blocked by him until the VP was agreed and gave him the OK, but the VP always was busy and easy solutions were a nightmare.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
