Pros

ARM will give you some opportunity for growth if you are aggressive, but if you are not you will just be one of the people walking around the halls in the same position for the entire stint of your employment.

Cons

Too many people positions who really do not do anything fighting to be recognized. So because of this, there is a cut throat undertone to the culture, and because of this many managers stifle the growth of junior team members to make themselves look better..

Advice to Senior Management

Get the old guard out and listen to some of the younger people that you have in the building. This will lead you out of the issues that you have encountered in the past few years, and make you a better company for the future.
