“Constantly changing”
Former Employee – worked at Merkle
Pros – There are a lot of really smart people and it is a great place to learn about direct/database marketing..
Cons – Crazy hours, not good for work life balance. Constantly reorganizing. Too many chiefs and not enough indians (which contributes to the hours).
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
