I worked at Merlin International full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good compensation, most managers doors are open for you... Overall, the workers within the company try hard and are supportive of one another.

    Cons

Lack of direction. Merlin hasn't figured out what it wants to be when it grows up. The CEO refuses to let his executive team lead the company. Therefore, you end up with micromanagement that makes for a miserable work environment. The CTO has about as much knowledge of the industry as a high school senior, not to mention he is extremely vindictive and petty. Poor choices from the top cascade down and ruin this potentially great company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Let the senior leadership do their jobs. Bring in a CTO with people skills and knowledge of the industry. Stop being the laughing stock of government resellers.

    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
