Pros

Mom and Pop small. Family like atmosphere. Great benefits, Ability to move around in the company, Ability to work from home most days, training, travel, no micromanagement, good people that are willing to help you grow as a professional, great pay.

Cons

Lack of resources can sometimes cause overwhelming workload.

    Pros

    The people I worked with on a day to day basis were awesome. Great benefits and PTO. Generous severance.

    Cons

    Pay is below average and raises are hard to come by. No room for career advancement unless someone quits. Hard work not recognized or appreciated by the executive team. Based on some of the things I saw, I can say that Executives' priorities are definitely not in the right place.

    Company is way too top heavy. More worker bees, less queen bees!

    Most disappointing work experience in 10 years

    Pros

    Good pay with good insurance choices
    Payroll department always on the ball
    Good recruiters
    Pleasant project manager
    Good self-service website

    Cons

    Contract HR personnel do not follow through with email setup, communication on how to enroll in insurance, how to enroll on self-serve website. No excuse for not having an email account after 12 weeks of employment

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Fire your contract HR folks and get direct hires who keep promises and follow up, and make them accountable if they don't.
