Pros – It is a place that gives you a chance to grow. Very supporting staff that helps you learn the trade.
Cons – As an inten in wealth management, I had to make many cold calls. However; this is the most important part in finding new clients.
Advice to Senior Management – Have the interns do more portfolio managment. Otherwise, I think this is a really great internship to start off with.
