Educational and challenging, while at the same time relaxed atmosphere

Intern (Former Employee) Greensboro, NC

ProsThe people at merrill lynch are kind and focus strongly on building concrete relationships with their clients and each other which benefits the overall working staff and company strength

ConsThe investment strategy put in place by Bank of America stiffles creative investment strategies and limits the creativity of financial advisors

Advice to Senior ManagementSuggest exploring more creative investment strategies that are unregulated by Bank of America and instead regulated by Merrill itself. Merrill is an investment firm, not a bank, so it should stop adopting conservative investment strategies like ank and focus on making money
