Financial Advisor Trainee

Financial Advisor Trainee (Former Employee)
Orlando, FL

ProsThey pay a decent starting salary, they will sponsor you to get your licenses, wholesalers occasionally bring food during breakfasts and lunches. after getting licensed there other firms will hire you pretty easily

Conswhere to start? the trainee program is almost a 100% failure rate. the goals are impossible to hit. some of the senior advisors wont even talk to you or say good morning. terrible culture in the downtown office. one trainer told us to make a list of every person you have ever met then call them. yeah ok. managers expected you to "cold walk" literally walk into a business dressed in a suit in the heat of florida handing out business cards. redic.

Advice to Senior Managementhire trainees to be on a team or dont hire them because they wont succeed

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
