I worked at Merrill Lynch as an intern (more than an year)

Pros

people are friendly and as a intern you are able to learn a good amount.
other employees are able to help you when you need it.

Cons

pay is not great i would say it is lower than average for interns however pay is good full time. Bank of America has many annoying things that must be done.
