I have been working at Merrill Lynch full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The BofA is one of the largest banks in America, which makes it easy to move if you would like to. Merrill Lynch research is some of the best, which is fantastic to have access to.

    Cons

I got a raw deal on this one, but I think that this is a unique situation and does not reflect Merrill Lynch or BofA as a whole.

  2. Great company and great perks
