Pros

Great company to get experience because turnover rate is so high the opportunity to learn and advance is great compared to other companies

Cons

The pay is horrible and the benefits are just as bad. The company needs to invest in their employees more and the company would thrive.

Advice to Senior Management

If the company would pay their employees and provide better benefits they would not have as high of a turnover rate.
