    Pros

    - The people are friendly - Work/life balance is good - The facilities are clean and up to date - The social programs are fun

    Cons

    - There are virtually no opportunities for growth - Pay/bonus is below the industry average even though management claims the company is doing very well - Weak performers are hardly let go requiring strong performers to compensate, partly due to way too much nepotism - Management has no clear direction for the company and the company operates like dozens of small companies rather than one big company. The company is run by committee, each member looking out for their own good - Almost no training or career development opportunities

    Advice to Management

Hire employees you trust and let them do their jobs. Remove poor performers and get your noses out of the minutia and worry more about guiding the company and overall strategy and direction. Lastly, stop letting your "strong" business groups dictate the direction of the company and start doing what's in the best interest of the company as a whole and not one or two business groups.

  2. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help

    Pros

Everyone is very friendly and willing to answer questions.

    Cons

Can be repetitive, but that is the nature of financial planning
