A great place with some great people, but severely let down by extremely low pay.

Pros

Everyone has heard of the Met Office. The work is usually very interesting. To be part of something truly world class. A nice office building.

Cons

Pay is low. Pay progression is practically non-existent. You have to put up with increasing amounts of Lime Green in day to day work life.

Advice to Management

Sort out the pay and everything else will suddenly fix itself.
