A better environment to end your career not start it.

Associate (Former Employee) Morristown, NJ

ProsA great work-life balance and unlimited company resources. MetLife Real Estate is a big player in commercial real estate so the exposure was nice. Management is nice and the pay is decent.

ConsIt is a nice place to end your career but if you are hungry and smart the corporate politics that will hamstring you to death. The money is also no where near what other working in similar position in NYC are earning. MetLife is a slow nurturing environment that will hinder your ambitions if you are there for too long.
