The work environment within the office was not supportive of team collaboration.

ProsThere is flexibility in work schedule. There are opportunities for a lot of interactions with clients. The sales offices are usually in high-end office complexes.

ConsCompensation after the first 5 months of service is solely commission based meaning that starting out you must continually write new business at a very high rate in order to make enough money to live on.

Advice to Senior ManagementEliminate the current agency sales force model and implement a streamlined model with qualified employees fairly compensated.
