“Great place to work if you have a dedicated market”
I worked at MetLife full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Nice office, great support system
Cons – Compensation is paid out too slowly...commissions go into a pool and you are paid out 10-20% a week...takes too long to get paid on business. Changing management for the worse.
Advice to Senior Management – Top heavy, over compensated
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
