Takes a long time to get system id and set up through the IT dept.

    Pros

    Once you are an employee job is very stable. The bonus becomes very good when you go up a certail level.

    Cons

    Not very much Career oppurtunities. Sometimes work is bureaucratic, you'll have to go to so many processes or person to accomplish anything.
