Current Employee – been working at MetLife as an intern for less than a year

Pros – MetLife taught me a lot and the managers and VP's almost all started off as sales associates and worked there way up from there. This serves as motivation to move up the ranks with hard work.

Cons – If there is a lack of motivation then you can easily get stuck in a middle management position

Advice to Senior Management – Provide more incentives to work hard

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
