    Pros

Good work life balance. The sales force is one of the best in the industry, both internal and external wholesalers.

    Cons

Extremely conservative culture. Risk taking and innovation are rare. The recent focus on cost cutting and expense management have adversely affected morale.

    Advice to Management

The company does a great job at outlining its big picture strategic direction, but many at the lower levels feel left in the dark about the implications for them.
