“Great company until it went public”
Current Employee – been working at MetLife
Pros – Relaxed work environment but it all depends on your manager.
Cons – Recent Management and Executives not taking care of its talent and would rather lose them jus tto save money and impress shareholders.
Advice to Senior Management – Take care of your own people.
