Current Employee - Internal Wholesaler in Hartford, CT

    Pros

Financially strong company with really good benefits and opportunity for growth... as long as we can relocate with the organization this year to Charlotte, NC.

    Cons

The atmosphere has been a bit demoralizing, due to a lack of communication from senior management about upcoming changing within the company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Realize that we have families who are counting on us. Better communication will help us manage expectations for either moving or not.
