I worked at MetLife full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Big name, lots of products to present

    Cons

Even though the company provides ongoing education, they require you to be so busy, it is difficult to receive any of the training. They are solely focused on "numbers" and don't care about their clients.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop looking at production numbers and see how you can make your FSRs become more successful for the long run. Actually CARE about your clients and making a difference in their lives. There is a reason why used car salesmen and insurance agents have such a bad rap!
