Pros

flexible, you get to build your own business within their system, really nice benefits package, lots of employee discount and supplier discounts

Cons

nitty gritty compliance is really annoying
metlife doesn't pay for your study materials, pays hardly anything
training is here and there, on and off, there's no comprehensive, systematic, structured training, you gotta figure things out yourself mostly
company tries to save cost by cutting down management, you sometimes have limited or convenient reach to help

hire more professional managers, and managers with professional manners
