Low base salary
Very time consuming. If you have a family it is hard to balance your life.
You better have a lot of money set aside because the cost to start up is high
May be forced to work outside your comfort zone
Cut throat

Advice to Senior Management

With some higher base pay, and better programs to assist individuals to work their way in to a commission based system, things could really work out.
