-Most people in the finance dept seem to support the internship program, including some top level management
-Lots of different areas to get your feet wet in
-Work/life balance
-Very involved in the community

Cons

-Difficult to transfer areas
-Traffic to get to work sucks

    Pros

    Some good reason to work for met life is that they appreciate you and have a lot to offer you if you are willing.

    Cons

    being able to be promoted is pretty tough. if you want to climb up higher you need to put in time and a whole lot of work.

    Management at Met life is pretty consistent but some may tough to deal with. Get on their good side and you will be fine
