Pros

Methodist really lives its mission. Many of its facilities are in areas of the city where other for-profit hospitals don't establish, and their specialties are numerous. They care about their patients and their outcomes, and they seem to care about their employees as well.

Cons

People seem to have a negative connotation of the hospital. I am not sure why this is -- from what I saw, they did great work for the community and their commitment is not a campaign.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Dr. Mansfield is a visible leader who seems to care about the patients and the staff.
