I have been working at Methodist Healthcare

Pros – Benefits, PTO, fair pay, enjoy working iwth my peer group.

Cons – such a large company that company loyalty by employees is not regarded. Loss of intimacy and concern from upper management for the ones who are lower on the totem pole.

Advice to Senior Management – Remember that it is the people who do the lowest jobs who make the difference for patients and families. Loyalty from employees should be reflected by loyalty of employer to those associates.
