Pros

I worked for them before they merged with T-mobile and I always enjoyed my experiences with upper management. The company provided a lot of training and employee expectations were very clearly stated.

Cons

The customers were CRAZY! My life was threatened on multiple occasions and we had to have a security guard on duty at all times because of all the insane people that visited the store.
There was a lot of micromanaging (about 1/3rd of the employees were "managers."

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop micromanaging.

    Pros

    Great paycheck salary plus commission. Mangement team will train you and show you the ropes. You will meet alot of people and go to alot of meeting about the discontinued products and new product promotions. It easy to get to know they other employees because they transfer you alot about store to store.

    Cons

    Mangement is disorganized, lack of communication, work about of hours. Have to put of with corporate problems. Not alot promotions within. The dont really care about they employees.

    get it together.
