Pros

Excellent management - really allowed employees to do their work with little interference or bureaucracy.

Cons

Company is no longer in existence. It has since merged with T-Mobile

They shouldn't have sold out.

    I have been working at MetroPCS part-time (more than a year)

    Pros

    Awesome benefits, fast paced environment and lots of problem solving. Also have customers that are appreciative. Both hourly and commission pay stinks!

    Cons

    Managers can't make a schedule if their life depended on it! Short staffed, nasty customers and sell sell sell and you get zero zero zero. We have the top selling store in the region but can't get paid out properly because they have raised our goals so much that we have double the goals of stores with 3x the employees..

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Make a schedule that works, stop trying to sell the elderly things they don't need. Listen to your employees. They are the ones that are dealing with all the customers, you need to be there advocate!
