“Great brand. Good ethos. Terrible management when I was there.”
I worked at Michael Page International
Pros – Great brand. Good people. Technology support was good. The after work functions were not too bad either. If you were recognized to be successful then that was good.
Cons – There was not enough audit on leadership. This was for the Singapore office. The MD of the firm was really cut throat. It did not breed trust.
Advice to Senior Management – Grow up. Treat people correctly. You have your ethos and values so publicly stated. Try to stick to them so that you can create longevity.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
