A company which is dependent on a lot of external consultants but doesn't nurture internal talent.

ProsGood Salary as compared to some of the peers in the Retail industry.

Cons-- Some people don't have work -life balance and some people have too much work-life balance. some of the bosses don't care for your skill development.
