Former Employee – worked at Michaels Stores part-time for less than a year

Pros – Great Co-Workers
Not really a hectic environment
Pay is good when given enough hours

Cons – Not many hours at times
Pay could be better
Too much merchandise that can't be sold at times

Advice to Senior Management – Find a way to cut down on excess merchandise that comes in, it's difficult to put out and sell them at times.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
