I have been working at Michaels Stores full-time for more than 3 years

Pros- Average level hourly wage (up to $12.95\hour as certified framer and and up to $20\hour as a frame shop manager
- Paid vocation, sick days, personal days, holiday days
- 401k plan, health, dental, life insurance

Cons- Only 3 days of paid holiday days during the year
- One week of paid vocation after one year of complete full-time employment, part time employment before that doesn't count
- Part-timers don't get holiday pays or any other paid days when they are not in the store

It's more enjoyable to shop there. Never buy an item not on sale: Get a coupon orWait one or two weeks and it's on sale.
