    Pros

    The pay is fair and the job duties are simple, yet repetitive. Working environment with coworkers is very open & laid back. Pay increases are possible if you work in the call center. You have daily access to the owner & his door is always open to talk if need be (if it's a good day). The owner often comes to talk to the call center about the progress of the company so we feel accomplished with what our daily duties amount to.

    Cons

    Upon interviewing, know that management is incredibly selective considering the size of the company and extreme sales skills & artistic convincing would help to be hired. Favoritism, belittling comments, public call outs, public criticism, and constant pressure with an unsatisfied response to the work you complete is what you should expect from management & the owner. Additionally, you should expect to work full time with no benefits alongside others who work the same hours but get benefits (even after several years).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    The definition of insanity is to do the same thing but expect different results. Repetitive tasks result in bored & unmotivated employees, yet, incentivising work by scare tactics only result in immediate responses but long term bitterness. My advise to management is to wholeheartedly appreciate each employee for what they do for the company and to express that appreciation. If funds permit bonus's or gifts are great; but even a private compliment or verbal praise goes farther than any smart comment, snare, or public challenge.

    Pros

    This is a great place to work. The company has an excellent reputation and a long list of big name clients who provide great references. The majority of employees are long term and have great attitudes. There no layoffs. The business to business marketing solution is very successful, continously updated and always ahead of the game.

    Cons

    Workplace sometimes too informal. Confidentiality sometimes too strict.

    Increase the number of team meetings and off site events.
