    I worked at MicroEdge full-time

    Pros

Employees are given a lot of responsibility due to the size of the company which means you have the opportunity to learn and develop (but that's with low pay and no growth)

    Cons

Low pay, poor senior management, "boys club" environment, hire young inexperienced employees, and very poor morale which is overlooked.
They have very high turnover which management tries to keep quiet. Employees get their experience and get out because there is no room for growth/promotions, and the pay is so low.

I worked at MicroEdge full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    Casual attire
You will find people to comisserate with over lunch

    Cons

Looking to hire less experienced people to keep salaries low, minimal chance for advancement, loss of family atmosphere - very cut throat. Negative atmosphere for most employees and managers don't care or don't want to improve it as long as they get their bonuses.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You keep the owners (Vista) happy to keep your jobs, so essentially you are doing what you have to do even if you may disagree ethically.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
